Randy Wright is the President and owner of Investment Properties Management, Inc. where he provides a broad spectrum of commercial real estate services specializing in the acquisition, management and development of office and multi-family properties with more than 43 years of personal commercial real estate experience.
Randy is currently a principal in the office building and parking garage at 9th Street and Congress Avenue in downtown Austin. The building is a 65,000 square foot multi-tenant high rise building approximately 2 blocks from the capital of Texas. There is a 250 space high rise parking garage that is part of the property. The anchor tenants in the building are Prosperity Bank, Sneed, Vine law firm, and Texas Lawyers Insurance Exchange.
As President and owner at IPMI, Randy has owned and operated apartments, office buildings, retail centers and mini warehouses around the country. Randy is principal and sole owner of 8 apartment complexes in Lubbock, Texas totaling 280 units. Randy has developed five condominium complexes in the Austin Area since 1996 totaling about 250 units. Randy has lead all phases of construction and site development.
